Let’s Grow Together

Integral Coaching support

I believe that lasting change happens
when we feel truly seen, heard, and supported.

I’m passionate about helping individuals realize their full potential — in sustainable, embodied, and meaningful ways.

As a coach, I offer a space that is grounded, compassionate, present and mindfully attuned to honouring and understanding your unique path of growth and bring a deeply personal understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with transformation.

My approach is primarily informed by the beautiful training of Integral Coaching and also cultivated through a lifetime of training and experience in various fulfilling roles of meaningful service engaged in along side my working life over the years; Roots of Empathy, Therapeutic Riding facilitation, Meditation and Mindfulness and most recently in Relational Life Therapy. It is also enriched by adventures in humanity – real-world moments of uncertainty, courage, grace and growth that continue to shape the way I honour and hold space for others.

What is Integral Coaching?

Integral Coaching, is a powerfully transformative, holistic approach that guides us to deeply understand and honour who we are, understand our current capacities and uncover what’s keeping us stuck in order to build the specific inner capabilities needed to move forward into a future we feel a longing for — clearly, compassionately humanly.

This unique approach is collaborative and finite. It has a clear beginning, middle, and end, deeply rooted in presence and designed for lasting transformation. It is a very personalized, supportive and structured process to collaboratively identify your specific topic and your current way of being influencing the change you hope to make in your life right now. While honouring that you will gain access to aspects of a new way that can support you in making true, lasting change in that area. Bringing the energy of supporting another human in growth brings profound growth for us both.  We will imagine a clear way forward, then identify and build core capabilities – the muscles – to move in that direction in pursuit of your aspirations.

Why this, why now?

We seek change when we are in pain or chronic discomfort and tend to only commit to seeking support when we have not achieved the change or even forward momentum we long for and desire it intensely enough to devote ourselves to breaking out of the discomfort of “stuck”.  I also believe there is a palpable rise in calling for both clients and coaches alike to do this work. We are energized by a calling to bring our best selves forward to meet these challenging times.

If you are looking for advice or someone to be an expert on your life and tell you what to do, or talking through challenges, or troubleshooting on an indefinite time-line this is not for you.

If this stirred something in you, I would be honoured to witness what’s alive for you in this moment and what you are longing to step into. If you are wanting clarity, navigating a transition or curious about shifting to a more aligned way of living, we will start where you are and walk forward in growth together.   We will create a safe space to openly explore your topic and support to find your own answers.

we somehow bring out the best in ourselves”

“It may be that the ability to know the necessity for help, to know how to look for that help, and then, most importantly, how to ask for it, is one of the primary transformative dynamics that allows us to emancipate ourselves into each new epoch of our lives. Without the understanding that we need a particular form of aid at every crucial threshold in our lives, and without the robust vulnerability in asking for that help, we cannot pass through the door that bars us from the next dispensation of our lives: we cannot birth ourselves.”

~ David Whyte – excerpt from “Consolations”
